• We ship all orders via USPS Ground service.

• Delivery typically takes approximately 4 business days.

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time (Cary, NC), Monday through Thursday, ship the same day.

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon), or at any time on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, ship the next business day.

• We ship within the continental United States only.

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Returns:

• We do not accept returns for refunds due to change of mind. Exchanges or store credit may be offered under specific conditions outlined below.

• Requests for exchanges or store credit must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging (box or envelope) and all components included (including earring backs).

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Store credit must be used within 7 days of issuance. We do not offer long-term or open-ended store credit.

• The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

– Limited edition pieces

– Custom-made designs

– Silver items

– Sale items

• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims must include clear unboxing photos or video taken upon receipt, showing the condition of the item and packaging.

• We may request return of the item in its original packaging (box or envelope) with all components included (including earring backs) before issuing a replacement or refund.

• Items showing signs of wear, use, or improper handling after delivery are not eligible for replacement or refund.

• All claims are subject to inspection and verification before approval. We reserve the right to deny claims that cannot be reasonably confirmed as delivery-related damage.

• We are not responsible for damage caused by wear and tear or improper handling after delivery.

• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.​​​
