• Shipping Options: First Class (4-5 business days), Priority Mail (2-3 business days) & Express (1 business day).

• Available to all U.S. states.

• No delivery to Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.

• All orders are made by hand after the order is placed, and it requires 1-3 business days to manufacture.

• All orders placed after 5 pm EST on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Remember to consider the manufacture time when selecting the shipping option.

Returns:

​

All unworn, unused items you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to Unpredictable Jewelry business address within 30 days of receipt of product in the original packaging with tags on. Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear. Returned items must include the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items. We also cannot accept returns of products made with Argentium Silver.​ Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Once we receive your return item(s) we will send a confirmation email. We will proceed with the full refund to the same payment method used. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays.
